Excellent experience all around, would highly recommend. I have never paid for a piano move before, so I don't how their prices compare, but they did an A+ job. Easy and frequent communication, showed up on time, completed the job with no fuss.

ABBA-solute worst moving experience ever. We were promised employees not day laborers, but who showed up were teenagers who had no work ethic and were soooo slooow. They didn’t do HALF the job in the time estimated and ultimately paid for. One guy took a “breakfast break” less than an hour after the job started. They refused to carry more than one thing at a time even when the one thing was as small as one book. It was really infuriating. I have never experienced such blatant lack of professionalism. So now we are stuck finding someone to do the rest of the job after paying $900 for a two-bedroom move with no unboxing or assembly, less than 2 miles away. We’ve never felt so scammed before.

They were great. They kept us informed before the move, they arrived when they said they would, they took great care when moving the furniture to prevent damage to the furniture or our home, they even put blankets down on the carpets to keep them clean. We will definitely use them the next time we have to move any furniture.

They were perfect!! Always on time, professional, helpful above and beyond, polite, respectful of furniture, walls and careful not to drag snow onto my beige carpeting. They were fast and efficient. I cannot say enough about them. The pre-work by their administration made me feel very comfortable and they explained everything carefully to me. They answered questions I did not even know to ask. The quote was honored and I did not have to pay until it was complet. I would trust them with anything. A very precious large glass piece they wrapped it in a way that it could not break. They took the stress out of moving in every way!! I am so thankful.

Men did a great job taking care of my furniture and wrapping it so there was minimal exposure to scratches or breakage. They were on time and worked hard, were trustworthy, and professional. Price was well in line with van line quotes but with much better service. Would defiantly recommend. I have moved 6 times using van lines. This was by far the best and personal service I received. Thanks Abba!

I was so impressed with rescheduling the move. The three man crew was amazing! Punctual, professional, and they worked together like a finely tuned instrument. They were extremely careful with all my possessions. They came with all the tools needed for professional moving. Cannot say enough! A+++!

Abba Movers did an exceptional job with moving my belongings from one location to another. They used a 3 man crew who worked diligently and carefully throughout the day. They showed the highest level of respect and professionalism. The price was awesome. They made my stress and nervousness go away placing me at ease. The manager was always available by phone or email and Abba provided confirmation emails, texts, and phone calls prior to the move. We could not be more pleased with their services!

Abba scheduled us quickly and arrived a few minutes early. They were incredibly polite, professional, efficient, and mostly importantly careful with both the furniture pieces and our walls. My parents built their house 25 years ago and had not once had a damage-free moving experience until we used Abba. They'll be our go-to movers from here on out. If only we'd known about them sooner! We used an Angie's List deal, so only paid $40 for two hours of impressive work.

The move from the house to the storage place went very well. Two men worked so hard to make it happen. We thought that they handled the boxes & bags of books carefully. We wanted to get them back to return the same items from the storage place back to the house, but they were not available. The move of the same items back to the house was handled by 3 men. It got done, but we thought that the first team of two (2) did a better job.

They were wonderful from the beginning. Nick and his father-in-law agreed to meet us on a Sunday to give us an estimate since that was the only day my husband had off. The gentlemen we're very professional and focused during the packing. They were even understanding and polite to our baby girls, both under 2 yrs old, because I didn't have anyone to watch them during the move. My mother said they were polite when they showed up to unpack in Alabama. Thanks Nick and all the guys!

They had to leave to do another move between loading and unloading mine and said they'd be back in a couple of hours. They knew I needed them to be back ASAP because the big items had to be moved in first, and that was what we needed them for. I think it took over 4 hours for them to return and then they took longer than expected to move the furniture back in, so they upped the price. Then they left equipment behind and had to return for it days later. The company had a good price for the move, and the contacts at Abba were friendly and intelligent.
