"My home was just destroyed after a major fire. I was so worried it would never be able to be fixed. Power Builders came in to my home, they were so amazing. They walked through the house with me and explained the damages and the repairs needed. Everyday they were there working and making magic happen to my home. The materials were great quality and the workmanship that they did reflects the experience and eye for details. The house has been repaired and I swear it is more beautiful than it was when I bought it."

After 85% work was accomplished she pressured a survey on us for an uncompleted pool and after the survey was sent in she was almost non existent and many items still needed to be completed; the office manager was instrumental in the logistics and completion of unfinished work. Luke; a service technician, was the most professional, competent and informative member of the team/company. Overall: Too many questions and issues were left unfinished and a district manager had to be brought to the site to get the job completed and that was a major red flag. The unskilled labor and lack of English speaking workers was the norm and only a few times was an interpreter available on the phone. After all the stress, and headaches we endured did we finally get a good pool. Overall the negative overshadowed the positive in the experience. Luke's help and equipment knowledge was the best thing about the build."

"The man was prompt and did what he was supposed to do. My frustration was that when he walked in he gave me 3 different prices. The lowest was just a basic going over the carpet once. The other two included using spot cleaners and some other things. I was unaware that there were different levels. I could not afford the higher priced ones. The carpet dried and looked ok. I guess I expected it to look better. There were no stains except for a 2-inch area on the stair landing which I had already cleaned. I thought the proce was a little high."
