"The first crew they sent was disastrous. They used a jack hammer to remove existing tile and did not tape off area. Dust went everywhere including the upstairs and vents. The first crew got some of the floor layer but it had to be pulled up. Another two people came in and started over. The floor was never leveled so now I have areas that clearly show that. The baseboards were not prepared correctly because the paint is peeling off and bubbling and some staples are now showing as the paint that covered them has worn off. . As time has gone by, these imperfections have become more and more noticeable. They are only as good as the contractors they hire."

His diligence on staying on task and completing everything I had for him that day was indeed accomplished ( and it was a list). He put together 2 very large bookcases, hung a bathroom cabinet, and built and assembled an outside storage unit for me. He did a great job; and clean up after himself. That part is rare!
