"I want to apologize that you feel like you had a bad experience, I left you a message this morning after seeing this review and hope to speak to you soon. On 6/10/2014 we came to your house for carpet cleaning, the cost was $143.60, but you chose to upgrade to a Premium package (adding Deodorizer, Sanitizer and Carpet Protectant) for a total of $186.08. We also cleaned a sofa, loveseat and 2 area rugs, in addition to those service you also chose to have a Pet Urine Removal Treatment applied for approximately 8-12 urine spots on your carpet. The total for all this was $537.66 with tax. When using our Pet Urine Removal Treatment the Technician do try to explain to all our customers that occasionally the Urine Treatment combined with the urine in the carpet will leave a white residue and if that occurs, please call us back and we will be happy to come back out at no cost. I am sorry that you were not happy and that you said on Angie's List that you would not recommend us, but I have to ask WHY you used us again THIS year? On 3/23/2015, you had us to come clean your carpets and again you chose the Premium Package, this time that total was $272.40 (an upgrade from the regular price of $181.60), we also cleaned the sofa and loveseat but this time instead of the "1" Urine Treatment (which removes the odor from 8-12 urine spots), we used 5 Urine Treatments (removing the odor of 40-60 spots of urine detected with a blacklight). These are all optional services that ran the cost up to $807.32 with tax, but you also received a $131.61 discount (15% off for Angie's List Customers). We have been in business for 11 years and strive very hard to exceed our customers expectations, we are dedicated to provide our customers state-of-the-art equipment, trained professionals and eco-friendly products at a competitive rate. I don't understand why you would wait a year to write this review, and why if you think your carpets are destroyed, you would not contact us immediately. Unlike other companies we only charge for the areas that we clean instead of a "Per Room Price". We offer 3 packages that the Technician went over with you before any work was performed. To clean your home with our Basic Package was $162.00, if you had chose the StainFighter Package which adds Protectant to refresh your Scotch Guard it would have been $211.12, but you chose our Premium service called the Healthy Home Package which adds the Protectant, plus a deodorizer, Sanitizer and a Dust-Mite Anti-Allergen for $243.60. In the future you can also ask for the Angie's List 15% off discount which helps with the cost of the Premium Packages. Thank you again for your comments."

Best carpet cleaning work I have ever seen, not like the quick in and out steam cleanings I'm used to.
I used to be a part owner of a cleaning company. We had the best carpet truck-mount in the business, same kind as this company (HydraMaster).

I'd used Chem Dry for carpet cleaning in San Antonio for years, and although the prices seem high, it is worth it to me to have such
competent service. And, it's hard work!
We appreciate that Keith spotted the impurities in the grout and instructed us to call the flooring company as soon as possible.
Very satisfied with job performed.
