Worst experience of my life.i come from a long line of contractors who care about customer service.HIS does sub efficient work..treats customers as if they have no knowledge cuts corners..and is not concerned for the safety of the consumer.HIS CONTRACTORS were asked to cover stairway .they put laminate flooring on it that I agreed to but then put quarter round on the stairs causing shoes to catch and causing tripping . When asked to come back with better solution was told I was not paying him..offered to pay and was told just to live with it. Did not seal tile on floors. Qas told where I could buy solution and do my self. Offered to pay him but no response. .left leaky bathtub faucet and toilet that could not be left on..he,sent on of his supervisors to look. I was told I could fix it myself..very inappropriate response to customer care. Even after explaining I woyld pay..and was,dismissed. NEVER WILL I USE THEM OR REFER THEM

They did not show up consistently. Some days they were there a full day, some half, some they left for lunch and stayed gone for 2 to 3 hours. It took about a month to do the job. One day I found one of the workers asleep on my porch instead of working. The finished product was sloppy. I had to have them come out and clean the loose grout off of the tile and off the walls above the tile. They forgot to caulk the corners. They forgot to brace the pipes in the wall and when asked about it afterwards they said, "well it is a little late to bring that up now." The finished project works well, but it was not worth the price and the hassle. I would not recommend them to anyone!

The initial call to H I S for an estimate was done in June 2013. Due to scheduling on their part the work was not started until Oct 2013.  It took them 3 weeks to complete the job.  Often arriving later than stated, leaving early, being called away from the job,  Good thing I have more than one bathroom.  I had to contact HIS several weeks after they finished the bathroom to remind them that the doors had not been replaced, (they forgot) I'd already paid for them and the service.  Since the job was completed I have emailed and called several times to have them come back out and make a few repairs.  There is still a crack in the ceiling, The new towel bar is coming out of the wall and it appears some grout is missing around the tub,    I have personally know Pat for numerous years and was very patient with him and his workers but i'm displeased with the lack of follow up.  He never did come back and inspect his worker's work.

They climbed into our attic and located the leak.  The cut the damaged sheet rock and left the hole opened so it would dry. Replaced some of the roofing tiles, sealed the leaks.  They waited about 10 days to ensure they had found the leak. They came back sealed the hole in the ceiling and repainted the entire room.  Very excellent job!!

The four up-right support post they used were like scrap wood 4x6's, nicked, wraped, twisted, very poor quality, liked to have them replaced, or covered up some how.

Interior paint go date was 21 Mar, 'HIS' called 19 MAR - and quot;Ready?and quot; (No, but gave a go and moved more furniture out of way). Painters needed help (2 Each). We continue to shift furniture w/ their help. Helped with sanding wall paper removal. Rugs Guys: Ran out of carpet and damaged one interior door and frame (minor)

All work got done because we were VERY actively involved and HIS is REALLY busy. Jody, the admin gal, needs help and several more arms.

I explained to Wayne Coles exactly how I wanted the trees to be cut and I was happy with his work. I will call him again for another project.

Everything went VERY WELL. They did a great or very good job on every task we had them do for us to get my mother's 39-year-old house ready to sell. These guys are prompt, respectful, capable and trustworthy. They went the extra mile to match the tiles on the front porch and then installed the new tiles very well. Lots of hard work and care in and around the home. We were very happy with the results and their prices are reasonable.
