"The week before Christmas, in the midst of pandemic 2020 and the first Texas freeze- I had a real deal rodent emergency.... Multiple companies were booked solid for the next week and I was in straight peril! Safe Pro made a few schedule adjustments and Technician Ryan was at my front door within 2 hours of the initial call. "I needed a WDI inspection on a shed of a house I was buying, first company didn't inspect the shed, and would be about 10 days before they could come back and would still have to charge me. JP Property Services understood the time crunch I was in to get this done to be able to close on the house. He came out that same day, and cut me a break on the price for only having to do the shed.
