They are awesome. First pool they built they were so helpful even after the pool was built. Their customer service after the sale is without a doubt the best. They helped me get the first pool back in order when I went to sell my house. I am so pleased with this company. The second pool is absolutely amazing. They walked me through the whole process. Helped me pick the colors that matched my house and made my pool look elegant. Love this company.

Jett Aquatics installed a new Jandy pool heater for us last month. Jeremy was very easy to work with and quick with text message replies following my numerous questions. Tim was the lead on the installation and he was punctual, knowledgeable and very nice. He made certain that everything worked properly before he left. The price was the lowest compared to about 5 other companies and they have a great warranty. I would not hesitate to hire this company again.

This is a brutal company to work with and they have no loyalty at all. I used their services for over 5 years and they still just stopped coming without notification due to a missed payment. I had always paid them, and I forgot to write a check for them since things get crazy with a 1 year old daughter. However, I had the check ready for them to pick up and they just stopped coming for 3 weeks without saying anything. Now I have additional money to spend to fix the issues that exist due to them not coming. Not to mention, their service deteriorated a lot once Jeremy (owner) stopped coming and sent another employee. They are very unprofessional and did not care when I would call to let them know about service issues. I do not recommend this company at all.

They come out every Friday and they show up on time. I pay $130 a month and that includes chemicals.
