He was very professional and knowledgeable. Set us up with an appointment within just a few days. Travis came the day of our service and began to set up equipment to do the job. He was very respectful of our home and of our two senior dogs. Did a fantastic job on our carpet to the point that it looks practically brand new. And smells great! While he was here he gave us information about other services that they do such as tile cleaning and recaulking and duct cleaning. We plan to have them do both! Great experience all around! "The worker was about 30 minutes late. He promptly went to work pretreating the carpet with some sort of liquid cleaner. Then he went over the carpet with the suction equipment that left the rooms extremely wet. The spots did not come out of the carpet."
