He was very professional and knowledgeable. Set us up with an appointment within just a few days. Travis came the day of our service and began to set up equipment to do the job. He was very respectful of our home and of our two senior dogs. Did a fantastic job on our carpet to the point that it looks practically brand new. And smells great! While he was here he gave us information about other services that they do such as tile cleaning and recaulking and duct cleaning. We plan to have them do both! Great experience all around! They were very concerned about helping me upkeep the carpets in my home and telling me things to do to make the carpets last. The only concern I had was how clean the carpets really became. I tried out a new vacuum the day after they cleaned them and a significant amount of dirt was in the canister from doing just a 8 by 8 area. If the steam cleaning was really good, I don't think I should have had so much dirt. I question how deep down the cleaning really was."
