This job included repairing siding and replacing with Hardee boards as needed, removing all gutters, power washing, repainting all siding, trim, and doors, replacing gutters with wider, upgraded and screened product. Response time and communication: 5 star Quote and contract presentation: 5 star Punctuality and professionalism: 5 star Quality and one-time completion of job: 5 star As a side note, we had our own home renovation business before, so we are very particular and understand what it takes to maintain a 5 star expectation. "Cima did an excellent job with my interior painting which included baseboard, crown molding, doors, ceilings and walls. Candido was extremely responsive to my request including coming out on a Saturday to give me an estimate, and he had his crew, Freddie and Yosly, on-site on Monday. Freddie and Yosly were prompt, courteous, professional and meticulous with their prepping and painting. Each time they finished a room, they arranged it exactly as they had found it, and the quality of their work was outstanding. That said, when I need any painting done in the future, the only firm I am calling is Cima. Candido, Freddie, and Yosly, thank you again for all of your excellent work."

"My experience with this company warrants zero stars. After paying an initial $2,000—half of their original quote—the project manager consistently postponed the painting start date. Shockingly, the day before the scheduled start, I was informed the quote was incorrect and an additional $2,500 was required. Despite my husband's advice to cancel due to perceived scamming, I agreed to the revised quote because I was set on changing my house color. However, three weeks passed without any confirmation of a new start date, further reinforcing my suspicion of a scam. I requested a refund, which they assured me would be processed, but more than a month has gone by with no refund. This company is a scam, and I have disputed the charge with my bank, hoping for resolution and peace of mind."

"David came out did his measurements to confirm how much we should be ordering for the job and said he would provide a cost in a day or two. I revived the estimate and agreed to have him do the job. He provided a date for the install to take place and who would contact me to complete the work. Thor sent a text said he would arrive prior to 8:00 AM. on Monday 3.18.19 I asked if he could call when he was 10 minutes out and i would meet him at the property. On Monday we met and he looked at what he was to do and went right to work. I came back a few hours later and he was working away on the project and explained how he was going to cover the paper in the formal dinning room. When I cam back late that night all of the walls were ready to have the paper installed. On Tuesday he arrived very early and wet right to work when i came by that night the formal had been completed and his attention to detail was showing. On Wednesday he arrived early once more and i stopped by mid morning and he was already working on the Powder Bath and assured me once more that the dark walls would cover just fine and would never need to worry about paper separation on the seams. He was right as when i inspected the that night it covered the room with no sight of the dark blue walls. (we had had them painted thinking we would have a different paper installed only to find it was no longer available. Thor and The Wallpaper Doctor are the way to go on all wallpaper needs."

"Outstanding. Leo was a professional from the cost estimate process throughout the actual work he preformed. A true gentleman who went above and beyond to keep the neighbors (whose homes were being impacted) informed and their pets protected. On time every day and even took photos to be sure to return patio furniture and pots to their original places. Cleaned up the site every day. Even changed burned out light bulbs on my patio strings. Quiet, respectful and caring. I’d recommend him in a heartbeat."
