Marcos was great. He came and gave me estimate fir what I wanted and then after that before going forward I asked for a few extras and that changed the estimate, but was entirely fair, I believe. He worked with me around my schedule and our super wonderful spring Texas weather. Showed up on time and got the job done and it looks beautiful!

The project went well. The problem is that after noticing a flashing section had popped out, I reached out to JSE and they responded promptly that they would put me on the schedule to repair. 2 1/2 weeks later and my messages are being ignored. Reached out several days ago and even offered to pay for a return trip and so far no response.
