By the end of the week, they were out performing the leveling and putting in gravel on the side of the house to prevent a low area that didn’t drain well. "Company needs more knowledgeable and reliable workers or the Owner (ose Perez) needs to be onsite more. After 12pm no workers showed up, so I had to contact the owner 3 separate days to verify if his workers were coming or not. Leveling of my back yard not completed as promised. One section of the stone wall for flower bed had to be done over. Not all the old molded mulch was removed as requested, but new mulch placed over it. No fresh soil, dirt or any type of lawn builder/prep was put in the areas where grass was put down. Also poor quality grass used although watered immediately and 2x daily, it still browned within 48 hours (with the proper dose of Scott lawn fertilizer still waiting for better results. Recently purchased some grass myself for other sections of my Lawn and it's doing well. (interesting). My suggestion, to avoid low quality plants and flowers please purchase them yourself. Have the owner provide a picture design of your project, naming each item and location. Regarding the $ value of the project as a whole, it would have been fair if it had been properly completed as agreed. Overall, Lesson learned, unless an emergency, be onsite as much as possible yourself and if necessary get a full independent inspection of the entire project before you make that final payment. Because a handshake and a promise is NOT what it use to be. I contacted the Owner by text to discuss and for suggestions, but he never responded back to me. I've waited 2.5 weeks before I wrote this review, in hope to hear from owner, but to-date nothing. However, I do wish the owner well in any future projects he takes on and use this project as a learning tool."

"1) Trees were not trimmed satisfactorily per oral agreement at 7030 Krause, Missouri City, Tx 77489. The agreement was that all tree limbs from neighbors trees would be removed at the property line front and back of house. Provider only removed leaves that were leaning on my house (he said he misunderstood-I just let it go but new I would never use him or referrals from Angi's List again.) (2) At 4818 Callery Creek, Houston, Tx 77053 provider was instructed to remove any limps from neighbor's house leaning across property line, especially those in front leaning on roof. He only removed a few limbs that were leaning on house. He did not remove all of the limbs crossing the property line in front yard. At this same residence he was to kill weeds between two adjourning fences in back yard. Neighbor complained that provider came on their property w/o permission, removed pickets from their side of the fence to get to weeds (he did put the pickets back somewhat), sprayed weed killer that killed plants that she brought from native country that had been handed down from her Mother and Grandmother, pickets were not put back satisfactorily. When I asked how they would get this part of the job done, I was told he got to the weeds between fences by climbing and straddling the two fences. Now I was not present when they completed this job but I did drive around to see if jobs were completed satisfactorily - as stated above, only 1 of 3 were done to original agreement."
