All our plumbers have Journeyman licenses and extensive knowledge in leak detection above/below the slab. We are the local representative for Curaflo which is an epoxy pipe lining system that basically puts a pipe in your leaking pipe. Award winning.
"In 2022, I discovered my water heater was leaking. Alfred and Tobie arrived around 1:00 PM. After examining the water heater, they said the replacement would cost $2,425. They let me know that If I supplied the water heater, they could install it for approximately $700.00 - but it was obvious that I wasn’t in a position to pick up a water heater on my own. They returned with a Rheem (approx retail cost $750.00), which didn’t fit on the elevated base correctly - part of the heater now hangs over the edge. The job was completed in two and a half hours. When I calculated the costs of the job, I assigned $1,000.00 to parts and supplies, which left a $1,425.00 labor cost. For a two-and-half-hour job (which included the time spent picking up a water heater), the hourly labor cost was $570.00 for both Alfred & Tobie, or $285.00 an hour each. IMO, the costs were excessive and I felt that I was taken advantage of due to the situation. I contacted Bryco, but I never heard from them."

"They leveled my house in 2018. It was OK for about 5 years when the house started cracking up again. First let me say that they no longer answer the phones consistently. They wait days to return a call. The lady I eventually talked to made it clear that my warranty was useless but did agree to send someone over to look at it. They called a plumber for me who did a test and found several sewer line leaks, which voided the warranty. The plumbers excavated and fixed the leaks for $16,000. After begging for a quote to re-level for months, Christopher finally blessed me with a quote for $13,350. Considering I paid $27,951.72 in 2018, and the excavation work was already done by the plumbers, I decided that I could not justify spending that much more, for a total of $57,300 on my foundation with no warranty, so now I live in a permanently cracked and crooked house."

"I had them install a water heater in March of 2022 ($2700). On December 23, 2025, we discovered a leak. I called Aramendia to service it, as the water heater is still under warranty and was installed by them. Today, the technician (new to the company) came out. He is humble and professional, and he diagnosed the problem as a heating element (the lower one). He did not have the tools needed on the truck. He had to go to Lowe's to get a wrench. However, his dispatch and supervisor are quoting $851 plus the "service call" to replace both elements. Parts are supposed to be covered as the tank is under warranty; this is for "labor." I am paying the cost only because I have guests/relatives here for the holidays and do not want to inconvenience them further. What a rip-off. I called to speak with management, but they are conveniently unavailable. I encourage everyone to find a more reasonably priced plumber who stands behind their work and has their collective stuff together. I will nev"

"Terminix ripped of a 88 year old USAF Veteran. They were just supposed to come and do an assessment to get a quote on what the service would run. The Tech Ray Clay Jr ID# 99155 relay2terminix.com came on a rainy day and was only suppose to evaluate and give an estimate. He stood around talking for a few minutes then left. A few weeks later Ruben Longoria ID# 560615 who was the actual y inspector who should have came first showed up. I explained to him about the previous visit and that we were still wanting an estimate for the home owner. They charged $204.59 and when we called the local office we found out they were closed down with no local office. So we called to every office and regional office to let them the charge was placed with no service being done, but no one wanted to help. We never agreed on a continued plan due to the bad service, but they tried to request a second payment even after informing them that we did not want to use them. And now they filed a claim and a credit company is seeking payment . STAY AWAY if they will do this to a 88 year old woman, who else??"
