Jill was very professional and intuitive to our needs and budget. Though it is pricy they gave us flexibility for payment and we are bring them to do our tubs.

Seems a little over priced since they do not do other items in the bathroom like flooring or painting. Other than that, did great work and customer service fixed my one issue immediately.

I was reluctant to change from tile to a sheet type material in my master bath shower in my bath remodel, but the sealing problems with my old bath changed my mind. So I had Bath Expo tear out the old and install a whole new shower system. Reasonable price (I had four bids). Jose and Tavo showed up at 8:45am, we re polite and efficient. Careful in minimizing any mess, but exacting and precise in their work. I witnessed every step, including the two visits fro the plumber and a drop in supervisor. The final result was just beautiful, and the cleaned up very well and were gone before 7 pm. I highly recommend them.

The sales pitch and detailed brochures are slick - HOWEVER Do not be fooled! Among other things... - The shower base came in with the corner broke off / the construction of walls was terrible - they had to come and completely redo it / they left an oil stain in our driveway / the drywall job was terrible, we also made them redo this / poor communication between the office, the workers and the job site managers / we feel as if we Way OVER PAID for the job.

It took a while but that was to be expected. All was custom made. The work crew was on time and worked hard. Some adjustments had to be made and was made at no expense to me. Great work and looks beautiful.
