"I am extremely upset about this company. First, their team with Houston Central arrived late and with only 2 of the 3 employees I had agreed to pay for. The initial bid was supposed to be $900 to $1200. When I called immediately upon their arrival I was told I would get a discount for only sending 2 instead of 3 employees. The final amount paid was $1100 (which is at the top of the bid for 3 employees). I have had to make multiple calls to your office to even get a response from you during the past 6 weeks to get reimbursed for the furniture and damage you did to the flooring. Now you are saying that you are going to provide only $85 to replace a ruined chiminea and try to repair our brand new vinyl tile flooring. The chiminea that you all broke cannot be replaced for less than $200 and our brand new flooring was scratched (guess what, I can't replace it for $15 which is the amount you are paying since you had previously decided to pay $60 for the chiminea). Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed in your organization. I hope others will learn from my mistake."

Moving can be a stressful, and sometimes emotional process. Our experts at Muscle Movers have streamlined the moving process to make your move as smooth as possible. With careful packing, and a little muscle, we take care of your things as if they were our own. Because at Muscle Movers, we understand, home is where the heart is.

"I have mixed feelings about this company. They tried very hard to please us and did several things right. When the truck was full they stopped the clock to go and pick up a trailer to pull behind their truck. They also did not charge us extra for the trailer. Another good thing they did was we asked for them to put the washer and dryer at the front of the storage unit because we were going to get them out to use them. When I called to see if they remembered to put them in the front, they obviously hadn't but they repacked the unit and moved them to the front of the storage unit. However, the things that I wasn't happy about: When they moved some things from upstairs to downstairs in the house, they just dropped these packed things on the floor rather roughly. Some of which were fragile. When the truck was full they asked if I wanted to take some of the things I wanted to take. At the end of the day when they packed the truck I walked through the house and found four things they would have forgotten. I asked them to please put them in the trailer. They took apart a couple of pre-fab bookcases that aren't meant to come apart and could not be put back together at our final destination. About half of the things we asked them to pack ended up broken when we unpacked them. Their bid was way lower than any other company I had called. I would recommend them if you don't ask them to pack anything and you just want your things moved. They worked quickly and packed their truck efficiently. You might want to watch them to make sure they only take things apart that can be put back together."
