"Tina was the first point of contact, and I loved that she understood our circumstances and wasn't a pushy salesperson. We had a minor hiccup with the payment (completely my fault) but she was super understanding and helped in getting it handled. The guys came out, I believe it was initially Jasper that came out, to assess our needs and he listened to what it was we were looking to have done and gave us a complete breakdown to customize our project for our specific requests. He really listened and talked us through options and then basically let us build our package ala carte style. The installation was great. Took a little longer than expected, but the boys that came out were super polite, did a great job with clean up, and even put up with my kiddos asking a million questions about what they were doing, why they were doing it, and how things worked. Hands down if I ever need AC work ever again, they will be the first company I go to. The price was right around what we were expecting (and had researched), and honestly, the new AC works like a dream. I know some parts of my project weren't easy as we live in a mobile home, but they did what other AC companies tried to say was impossible, even though we knew it was possible, just difficult. And even when my AC was not done and so I had no central AC they brought along window units to put in and installed those so I wouldn't be without. 100% took care of me and my family."

The air flow is much better and the house smells fresh. They also showed us where to replace the air filter and how to adjust the dampers on the wood stove. "I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."
