The guys came out, I believe it was initially Jasper that came out, to assess our needs and he listened to what it was we were looking to have done and gave us a complete breakdown to customize our project for our specific requests. He really listened and talked us through options and then basically let us build our package ala carte style. The installation was great. Hands down if I ever need AC work ever again, they will be the first company I go to. The price was right around what we were expecting (and had researched), and honestly, the new AC works like a dream. I know some parts of my project weren't easy as we live in a mobile home, but they did what other AC companies tried to say was impossible, even though we knew it was possible, just difficult. And even when my AC was not done and so I had no central AC they brought along window units to put in and installed those so I wouldn't be without. 100% took care of me and my family."
