All Around Air Conditioning

Tina was the first point of contact, and I loved that she understood our circumstances and wasn't a pushy salesperson. We had a minor hiccup with the payment (completely my fault) but she was super understanding and helped in getting it handled. The guys came out, I believe it was initially Jasper that came out, to assess our needs and he listened to what it was we were looking to have done and gave us a complete breakdown to customize our project for our specific requests. He really listened and talked us through options and then basically let us build our package ala carte style. The installation was great. Took a little longer than expected, but the boys that came out were super polite, did a great job with clean up, and even put up with my kiddos asking a million questions about what they were doing, why they were doing it, and how things worked. Hands down if I ever need AC work ever again, they will be the first company I go to. The price was right around what we were expecting (and had researched), and honestly, the new AC works like a dream. I know some parts of my project weren't easy as we live in a mobile home, but they did what other AC companies tried to say was impossible, even though we knew it was possible, just difficult. And even when my AC was not done and so I had no central AC they brought along window units to put in and installed those so I wouldn't be without. 100% took care of me and my family.

We use All Around AC for all our HVAC needs. For our recent remodel project, Jasper's crew Alex and Miguel arrived to install our new unit the very next business morning after we called. They are awesome! Very professional, polite and worked quickly to accommodate our situation and they cleaned up nicely afterwards. Love this Trane HVAC system!!

Was overall pleased with the end result, just took a bit to get it done properly. Install was pretty drawn out and long, 12+ hours when we were told it would be around 5-6 hours, granted we had excessive weather temps that day. Trash and tools were left on the grounds and in attic, system needed added repair a day later to correct air leaks from install in the attic but it was handled relatively quickly. Employees were very polite, seemed knowledgeable. I had wished someone had told me sooner about a 3rd employee who came to our property later in the day, Concerned me to see stranger walking around our yard in whom I had not been introduced to. A/C seems to be working properly now. I think with a little better communication the company would have much happier clients.

Tina was my initial contact at All Around Air Conditioning. She was very nice, quoted a price, answered all my questions and what she didn't know she found the answer and called me back. The technician that came to the house was just as nice as Tina. He explained to my husband what he was going to do and then showed him as he worked. We highly recommend All Around Air Conditioning, because they are genuine people that care genuinely.
