"Tina was the first point of contact, and I loved that she understood our circumstances and wasn't a pushy salesperson. We had a minor hiccup with the payment (completely my fault) but she was super understanding and helped in getting it handled. The guys came out, I believe it was initially Jasper that came out, to assess our needs and he listened to what it was we were looking to have done and gave us a complete breakdown to customize our project for our specific requests. He really listened and talked us through options and then basically let us build our package ala carte style. The installation was great. Took a little longer than expected, but the boys that came out were super polite, did a great job with clean up, and even put up with my kiddos asking a million questions about what they were doing, why they were doing it, and how things worked. Hands down if I ever need AC work ever again, they will be the first company I go to. The price was right around what we were expecting (and had researched), and honestly, the new AC works like a dream. And even when my AC was not done and so I had no central AC they brought along window units to put in and installed those so I wouldn't be without. 100% took care of me and my family."
