He adjusted the latches and fixed the gates so they wouldn't say or drag the ground. He did a great job and made sure I was pleased with his work. I also asked him if he could do another project for me while there, and he had the tools to do this unexpected request. Joshua was professional in every way, he showed up at the time agreed, worked steadily with expertise, knew exactly what materials were needed for the work I needed done, and charged me a fair and reasonable price. He's also a very nice man with a pleasing personality, and I felt comfortable in his presence."

"The quality of the stain on the fence was good, however they set up their equipment and did the mixing of cleaning solution and stain in the middle of the back yard. Apparently their equipment had a leak and they left a large puddle of stain and cleaning solution. The following day there was an area about 6 ft wide and 20 ft long were the grass was dead. I contacted them and they suggested I water for about 2 weeks and see what happens. So far the grass has not recovered. It appears that the area will need to be dug out about 6 inches deep, add clean fill and sod. They have offered to make things right. I will find out in the next week what my landscaper will charge and see if they are willing to pay for the fix."

He reponded almost immediately to my post. made an appointment for the next day and was very prompt. His bid was very reasonable and lower than some others I'd received. He brought all the materials and equipment to complete the work. He restored and set new posts for my wind damaged fence and made some recommendations for changes that makes the fence more likely to withstand strong winds. He also fixed a sagging gate and installed new hardware and built a replacement door for a shed. His work was excellent and in many ways above and beyond my expectations with the care he took in working around my yard and his attention to detail. I will definitely be calling him again for more Handyman jobs."
