The Sisterâ s Cleaning Crew was fast to respond! They were punctual, polite, and thorough! They only needed a small bit of direction and they were on the job. They were fast and everything was refreshed and clean quick. I will definitely be setting up more appointments with them again.

They clean on a regular basis (every other week) and they are wonderful cleaners, mostly very thorough, and do a great job. That makes for the four stars as that is a very important part. The only ding is that we never know exactly when they come (which is fine unless we have something scheduled). Quiet? Not really, but that is okay as well. Make sure to tell them if you have a special request and if you speak Spanish, that is a plus as well. But if not, that is fine too as Sahaira speaks English. All in all, great cleaners!

Saira was very rude, did a terrible job (I have came and photo), and threatened to leave with the house 1/2 done and beds taken apart. Was upset she worked on a weekend because she had kids (I did not force her to take the job!)... Showed up and then disappeared for 20 minutes while they went to the car to get Starbucks... Arrived with a filthy mop bucket and upset when I said no to use it on my floors.. and then left the house very dirty and said if I did not pay her she would call police - she had not even sent me a bill and I paid her within 20 minutes of her leaving my house. Most unprofessional cleaning crew I have ever hired in over 20 years.
