"FSS finished our house repairs within 5 days. They are affordable and priced competitively. FSS offers lifetime warranty. They answered our questions and respond to us in a timely manner. The crew covered main areas to reduce dust to minimal. They even cleaned up after the end of each day and asked us if we had any further questions. Holes were covered up to ensure safety. When job was completed, the holes were either covered up with cement or dirt, depending on the area where the hole was dug or drilled. I recommenced FSS, there professional and prompt."

"I came home to a pool of water in my front yard. Since I had already been using Will-Fix-It for my A/C and heating maintenance, I called them to see if they could help. The first part of the project was to dig where the problem area was an assess the damage. Turned out I had an old black pipe running under my yard which was the standard when the house was built in 1976. They repaired the leak area and clamped it fully explaining that without a complete digout and replacement of the entire line I would probably have the same issue in the future. The two guys that came to install the windows were also very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and were very helpful. I was surprised by how efficiently they worked and the level of excellence they presented. I've had the windows in now about six months. I can definitely tell a difference on noise level and the rooms keep their temperature a lot better as opposed to the large swings the rooms were experiencing before with ever changing weather front. I rated customer service at 4.5 because I still haven't received three screws they were supposed to bring over. Other than that small complaint, I would recommend the company.
