"I have used Custom Painting for several projects in my rental houses. Their prices are fair, and the workmanship is very good. Communication is excellents with emails and pictures of the work performed each day. Highly recommend."

"Mr. Lopez is my go-to person for all painting and wood construction work. I have hired him for 5+ jobs in the past 10 years. For this latest work, he repainted a 4-bedroom 2-bathroom house (walls only), repainted the exterior house including shutters, trim and door, repaired rotted fascia board on the garage, and rebuilt a wood deck and stained it. What I love about Lopez Painting is his consistency: (1) immediate, fair written estimates (2) ability to schedule the job quickly (3) work gets done thoroughly as it seems he concentrates on one job at a time (4) no subs (5) extremely hard working, works more than a full day (6) cleans up."

"Alfredo's crew did a great job getting our entire inside of our house painted. The lines on the ceiling look clean and walls look solid. The crew did a good job cleaning things up and being done a bit earlier than we first thought. It was a big project and they had ample enough guys working to make the deadline. I have used his service in the past and that is why we chose him again b/c of the quality."

"Jose did a great job. My closets were recently replaced and there was sheetrock that needed to be repaired. This was a two day project since it had to dry before the second part was completed. I am very pleased with all aspects of this project and wouldn't hesitate to hire Jose again."

"Victor did an outstanding job putting up the wallpaper at a very reasonable price"

"This is the 3rd job they have done for me and as always an excellent job! Beautiful work! Everyone who has seen it loves it and one neighbor said it belongs in House Beautiful! Plan to use them again for kitchen remodel. If you want integrity, professionalism, honesty and a great job then you want to hire them to do your work!"

"A Plus, it's always easy to have Mark do painting jobs. He does a great job, and the rooms were transformed."

"The new kitchen turned out wonderful with the help of Chapman-Lockwood’s help on color and material selection. The work included new cabinets, granite countertops, remodeled two bathrooms, repairing tile flooring and paint. In short, half our house was demoed and rebuilt. Chapman-Lockwood was recommended by a neighbor that is very picky. The contractor’s crews were always on time and worked hard all day. Their work exceeded my expectations. I plan on using Chapman-Lockwood for my third and remaining bathroom remodel. We need to finish moving back in the house first."

"Excellent service done by JC custom painting. I’m a very pleased customer. Our home feels brand new with nicely detailed walls. I will definitely recommend this company."
