Rick and his crew could not have been more professional; the new wallpaper is lovely and perfectly hung. It looks like it has always been there. I just can't say enough about how happy I am with the wallpapering application, which I would describe as old world craftsman. It's very difficult to find people who take such pride in their work, but Rick absolutely does.

Rick actually answered his phone and responded with a price and time when he was available. Not 2 days went by and I have a finished, professionally done looking brick wall in my office. Rick kept in touch with me letting me know in plenty of time when he would arrive. He was professional in every manner as far as setup, execution and clean up. He was very easy to get along with and a pleasure to have in my home.

Paper Tiger did a fantastic job. They were responsive, punctual and affordable. The paper we selected had a lot of movement in it and they matched the seams perfectly. They were quick but very thorough and cleaned up after the job was done. I would use them again for any of my wall papering needs.

richard and team did an excellent job resurfacing our walls, which were in need of an update - paper was hung perfectly and painting on walls and ceiling was also an A+ job!

Richard and his team came just as we had discussed, took out the wallpaper and painted our kitchen. They were efficient, careful and they did a great job.

Rick was excellent to work with. On time, easy to work with, good prices, communicates well, did very good work, did extra to make the job look good, did all touch ups.

We hired Richard to paper a very unusually shaped powder room.  On his first visit, we realized we were short a roll of paper.  Rich finished as much as he could at that time and was paid for his work to date.  After ordering more paper, (so several weeks) Rich came back to finish the job on the date and time we requested-which was a weekend!  He had given us a quote to finish the job upon leaving from the first visit.  At the end of the day, the price was exactly as he had asked previously. The job was tedious and yes, I picked a very difficult paper.  I could not be more pleased with the work done, the time it took to complete the job, and the professionalism of Tiger Wallpaper.

Service provider first explained the process. He also pointed out defects the could affect the finished product. Provider prepped 8 large walls and applied wall paper. His crew of 3 people worked from 5:30 PM to 8 PM after normal business hours for about 6 days so our patients and staff would not be affected by work. Also for a small additional fee included in the $1800, he also patched medium size hole and painted wall in an office.

Richard was great to work with. Came for an estimate, he educated me on grasscloth paper, as that is what I wanted. Much appreciated information when I selected one. He was on time for the install, brought everything he needed. After looking at the paper I selected, he decided the wall needed more prep. He did a good job on the prep and he explained why it was needed. He did a very nice job of hanging the paper, straight lines and minimized the seams. With grasscloths the seams show. I had enough paper for an accent wall in the bathroom. Again extra prep. He had to put a horizontal seam on this wall. He put it up high and you can't find it. This little bit of wall is beautiful. This is the first wallpaper I have had in 25 years. Richard did an excellent job and has added beauty and value to my home. I will confidently add more wallpaper to my decor. I absolutely will call Richard again and will recommend him highly. Never be afraid to hire a professional and then trust them to use their experience to give you a professional job!

He would never call me back....I called to have him do some wallpaper removal. ..he asked if he could call me back....he never did. ..so I called and called....then I got someone else to do the work

The seams were very visible and there were some horizontal cuts (!?!?) made at eye level that were very visible.  The installer refused to return to fix the problems.  We had to order more wallpaper and pay another person to remove what he installed and re-install properly.  He was also told to not use the elevator without an escort, but he ignored our request and operated the elevator on his own anyway.

Fantastic. Rick was professional, on time, did an amazing job with my daughter' nursery and cleaned up after his work was done. He walked me through the entire process and consulted me when he ran into something that we had not yet discussed. HIGHLY recommend him. Will be using him for future services.
