Expect some possible minor broken items such as electrical wall plates, as they need to remove all items from the walls in order to do the job well. "Painter stopped paint about 1" above carpet on all baseboards. Had to go around and correct. Accent wall next to wall painted white had to go and adjust painting to have even lines. Several spots of paint on carpet that had to clean up; paint on door knobs which I cleaned up. Requested ceiling to be retextured where it was peeling up, instead contractor scraped the ceiling and painted it. There are areas that are still needing address on ceiling which I will correct. I failed to remove the blinds in a window contractor removed blind and layed on floor and they were stepped on. Ended up with a slat being broken. Office personnel did call and request I make sure I was happy before staff departed."

"had some delays in getting work done because of rain.  Did not come one day when I was expecting them.  I called them; there had been a miscommunication.  Office people were nice to work with.  Painters were also nice to work with.  Exterior work was done in one day.  The interior work was done the next morning.

"I was dry-walling my garage and needed help and wanted to finish it asap.  I had another contractor out who did great work but they were booked for two weeks so decided to try and get someone else out as I wanted it finished.  Called DR Renovations up to setup an appointment, talked to Danny the owner and he said he would be in the area later that day and had time to come by and give me a quote.  Around 4pm that day got a call back from Danny that he was at my house and after having looked at everything he could get all my garage walls/ceiling ready to paint for $400 and it would take a day.  He said he had two guys ready to do the job tomorrow so I gave him the green light.  He called his guy to make arrangement's and called me back to say his guy Hector would be there at 7:30am tomorrow morning.  The only issue I had was the guys had not showed up at 7:45am and I needed to get to work so called Danny and he called back and said he was not able to reach his guy but they were for sure on the way.  It was raining hard so not surprised there was a delay.  At almost noon I had to call Danny back as I had not heard anything if they had made it or not (He did sounds like he was sick), he said they were there working so I headed that way.  
Got to the house and met Hector and his helper.  I got a good look and was very happy with their work and he told me they would be done in about 2-3 hours, I was a little skeptical as there was still a lot of sanding and mudding to do but they clearly knew what they were doing so left to go back to work.  Got home after work that night and checked all the work out and was very impressed.  
They did a great job, I am very happy.  The only thing they could improve on was the communications, The work itself was A+.
