Showed up on time and only 2 hours after I called. Fixed the spring and door. Also gave me some tips to prevent this in the future. Courteous and did what they said in a very professional manner.

Showed up early. Got the job done quickly and even set up the rest of the remotes and for the other garage door as well. Nicely done. Even programmed the button in the car.

Everything went so well and they even saved me a few dollars in the process. The only down side was the original installer made a mistake and the original door had problems after he left. Five people had to come to the house before they figured out the simple problem. To their credit, they kept coming out. I'm sure they thought I was trying to pull a fast one on them. They got everything working and I'm very happy I called them.

If you have garage door problems, use this company. Even though they were fully booked for four daysl they managed to squeeze me in within a few hours of my call. Robert Mann came out, went right to work and fixed my problem. Probably spent more time with me than he anticipated but was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Problem solved! Highly recommend!!

Service was wonderful.  The owner/serviceman took pride in doing quality work.  He arrived exactly when he said he would then inspected the door.  He suggested replacing the rollers at the same time as replacing the broken tension spring.  After agreeing to replace what was suggested, he promptly went to work fixing my problem.  He replaced the single tension spring with 2 tension springs and replaced rollers.  I am just happy to know a great door service provider in the area that I will call again, if needed.

Our garage door was 14 years old and the spring on it finally gave out and broke. Not only that, the cables came off the spools and the door was damaged when it closed. It would not open. One of our autos was inside but, luckily, the other one was outside. We called Overhead Door and the technician showed up the following morning around 9:00am and was finished within two hours. The company's website even had a coupon that we used.

Everything went great.  He was very friendly & Prompt. Fixed the problem very quickly and explained everything very well!

Arrived as arranged, identified problem, replaced parts, adjusted door, and lubricated working parts.

The technician was courteous, prompt and thorough.  He quickly diagnosed the problem with our garage door opener and resolved the problem in a matter of minutes. Then he checked the operation of the door and discovered another problem that contributed to the malfunctioning garage door opener.  He quickly fixed that problem also.
I was impressed with his knowledge and the amount of equipment that he had in his truck to repair our garage door.  I would definitely recommend this company and use them again!
