K T M Door Control Inc

I have been working with KTM Door Control Inc. for the past 15 years, but their service has declined significantly over the past year. I would not recommend them anymore. My garage door came off the railing, so they installed new railings. However, just a few weeks later, the door came off the railing again. Despite having paid for the installation, they refused to come back and fix the issue. Sadly, their service quality has noticeably deteriorated in recent years.

It went well. They were on time and professional.

Garage door not opening and closing properly, so KTM came out same day I called and thoroughly checked out the door. Lester figured out that there was a bad part in my garage door opener and was able to replace it very quickly! Problem solved for $112.00?

Awesome! These guys are one of the most responsive, friendly and efficient service providers out there! I called and left a message late yesterday evening. They called me first thing in the morning and suggested several times to come out. They arrived as promised...on time (that never happens with any other company). The guy who came was professional, friendly and described the exact problem. He explained our options and we picked the less expensive one...of course. He fixed it immediately and the price was exactly as quoted. Very impressed with these guys and recommend to anyone.

They do garage door sales and repair. They came out very promptly because we cannot get our garage door to come up. We had a car stuck in the garage. The serviceman was very friendly and knowledgeable. He came in the side door to the garage. He took one look and we explained like one second what was going on and he said we had a broken spring. He diagnosed it in one second and he was able to get the job done very quickly and promptly. The price seemed comparable to the other top service. He could have easily us a new garage door opener because our garage door opener is about 20 years old and he did not. He just said that our springs our broken and that should fix it. So, if I need a new garage door opener coming up, I would call them to come put it in for me.

Outstanding. Repairman showed up on time. Did job efficiently and in a reasonable period of time. Was professional and courteous. Offered available discounts.

They were on time, diagnosed problem in 30 seconds. Fixed it in 15 minutes and only charged for a service call and the hardware that needed to be replaced. Can't ask for anything better.

The repairman arrived on time and was courteous. He completed the repairs in a timely manner as well.

We have used KTM for several projects and they are always on time and perform great work.  We needed two garage door motors replaced and they were at our home the next morning as promised.

The service went great!  The repair was needed on a saturday.  They were one of the only people that returned a phone call.  The person on the phone told me what the fee would be.  They kept to the pricing and were very reasonable on the price.  The technician arrived on time.  He reparied the issue and was very professional.  I would recommend their service.

I am not satisfied with them. It has been a week since he put the springs and it is making a noise, and he had alerted me that it would make the noise, but I am not satisfied with the noise. I have called them many times, because I have been dealing with them for over a year. When the spring broke, they were the first place that I called.I had them put a remote control as well.  When I call they don't really respond in a friendly way, and try to satisfy, it makes you uncomfortable. I was thinking that if they don't fix this, I will go elsewhere, and make them put a whole new operation. They got a big box that lights up, and he came and the lights were not working, but he didn't worry about putting the bulbs. They should take care of their customers because that is what they are supposed to do. His name is Jim. When I put it up I rated them 9 or 10, but when the opener was not working, I called them, and they told them that they would charge me a full service fee.
