I changed my review to no one star. Garage door was repaired 2/23/22. As of yesterday, rollers out of the track, and now I am unable to open the garage door. I have left several messages, I have texted and sent emails. No answer. Very disappointed with your customer service. All I ask is to repair my garage door.

Gabriel diagnosed my problem and gave me a quote immediately. He had to leave and get the parts but returned about an hour later. The total time for the install was about an hour also. Gabriel was cordial, informative and a pro at what he did. I would highly recommend Gabriel for your garage and garage door needs!

My tech, Gabrelle was very professional and thorough. He checked everything on the garage door before determining the spring was the problem. He installed a new spring and was done in 2 hours. The company called the next day and wanted to install a heavier spring at no extra charge. All About Garage Doors & Gates seemed to be very serious about public relations, which is very refreshing.
