Henry and Norma are honest trustworthy people to get new windows from and I not only used them for my home in Greenville but I also recommended them for my in-laws in Paris. We both were well pleased with the quality of the Proline Windows and Corsair sliding glass door, the price for everything installed and the professional installation. The quoted lead time was correct. All communication with Henry and Norma was clear and many times they addressed things I was going to ask about before I did. I actually shopped around with two companies from the Metroplex (one that my parents used, got a good price, and did a good job for them), and one from Rockwall. Pane Windows were much cheaper than the windows from Rockwall and I selected Pane over my parents' selection because these windows were thicker and the sliding glass door was higher quality at a really good price. I was nervous about getting new windows because with all the advertising you see and hear from other companies, it just feels like the "deal" is really not a deal or there is something that will surprise you later. I never experienced any of that bad stuff with Pane Windows and Doors. It was just a great experience.

Pane Windows did an outstanding job throughout our window replacement project. We replaced all 47 windows and one patio door in our house. Henry made a number of suggestions for window changes that we really liked. Their new windows were of high quality, and the installation was very professional by a knowledgeable crew. They took great care to cleanup and not damage the home or property. They were very punctual on ALL appointments and did everything they said they would do. The price was very competitive and beat, by far, the big box store estimates. Further, we did not have to pay them anything until they were 100% finished and we were completely satisfied with their work. We have had a couple of friends use them and we have all been very happy with the work, along with the window/door products, provided by Pane Windows and Doors, and would definitely use them again.

Henry and Norma are truly a joy to work with. We used them for an office remodel and we are very pleased with the quality of their work. We will be using them again for the next remodel project.

All I can say about Pane Windows & Doors they're great. I would recommend them to anyone.

I did not use Pane Windows and Doors. I was very impressed with Henry, his product, and cost. However, I decided to go with a larger company, simply because I feel more secure with the (perceived) stability of a more established business, especially since I am not handy and would definitely need help if anything goes wrong in the years to come. I would definitely recommend friends contact Pane and see the presentation. I talked myself in and out of having them do the work a number of times. Note my 4 star rating is entered because the rating was required to process the comments.

Henry made this process painless, and my 4 new windows look great. Very affordable, very clean, very professional and polite. I am going to have him install the windows on the back side of my house as well. I am also please that these energy efficient windows don't have an unusual green tint to them. Nice and clear.
