"Kevin Nelson (owner) hired unskilled workers to do MAJOR home repairs such as home rewire, plumbing, cabinetry, etc. All of which is poorly done and had to be redone by a second contractor. The repairs, the AC installation for example, are actually dangerous! Nothing was completed and he essentially ran off with the money =; our house was only 64% completed. Damages include mold due to improper mold remediation, broken tile, electrical malfunction, duct work malfunction, cabinets half built/missing/ broken, siding not completed, doors never received, painting not done, damaged personal property, trash everywhere, and plumbing undone. Subcontractors contact me to this day asking where he is and how they can be paid. One of his workers came buy to tell me he scammed people out of HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS following Harvey. All references he has are from family and friends; I found this out too late. Please avoid at all costs."
