We had issues with scheduling on that.  It took probably an extra two or three hours to get the provider out.  I think we got them there five hours after they were suppose to be there.  I think they were way over booked.  I would not hire them again.  The price was great.  The quality of the work was fine.  They did everything that they said they could do that  possibly could help us out I just think they were over extended on being able to have more people.  We were kind of under the gun with responsiveness because we had purchased the deal and we had no choice but to do kind of what they dictated to us so they were responsive but it was under there circumstances and I didn't appreciate that.

They did a very good job. We've been watching for them to come back up so we could get it done again. They were right on time when they came, just when we thought they were going to be here. They were very efficient. They showed up. They got the work done in a reasonable amount of time. They were very friendly.

We didn't just have them come in just to do a specific housecleaning. We had different things we wanted done in the different rooms. They worked with us and it was great. I would definitely recommend them.

It turned out great. There were no additional charges. They arrived on time and they were courteous. They cleaned up well after the garbage that was out for the gutters. They did a good job.

They were there for more than 2 hours so we had to pay for that additional time. I felt the additional time was reasonable though. They did a great job!

They did a great job. They came out several weeks after I purchased the $99 Big Deal. We asked them to do additional window cleaning and they were able to do that on the spot. The price for the extra window cleaning was about $120 and was very reasonable.

There was some residue left on the windows. Everything else was fine.

We paid additional because they did more work than the deal offered. They were easy to schedule with and were on time for the appointment. We were pleased with the results and have no complaints.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. He did a good job.

The work they did was really good, but I didn’t think it was that good of a deal because I was expecting more windows to get cleaned. When I called them up to schedule after purchasing the Big Deal, they said the Big Deal ad had been put in wrong and that it was Angie’s List’s fault.

Everything went okay. Due to how long it had been since we last pressure washed, it turned out really well.

The service just went fine. I think I was charged a little bit more because I was told that I had more footage. They did a good job.

I used them through a big deal on Angie's List. There were a lot of additional charges that didn't make it a very good deal. They charged extra if we had divided windows which most people do. They charged extra for French doors. They charged extra if we had upstairs. So I wouldn’t do it again if I had to do it all over again. The big deal was for $99; I had to go above and beyond the big deal. It came out to about $250. They did a good job, but it was pretty expensive. With regard to responsiveness, they messed up the appointment times a couple of times.

It was great.  I don’t know what they normally charge but the special price from Angie’s List was good.  They did a great job.  They were here exactly when they said they would be, in fact, a few minutes early.
