If you are considering using MM Roofing then I would consider what your time is worth and keep moving. Listen, I am not a Ken. I was considerate and patient. I did not bug them continuously and made an offer at every point to discuss the project with them to eliminate unnecessary time wasted on their end to track information down. They simply never followed up...not once. Here is a timeline of our interaction for anyone interested... 8/21/2022 So I completed the online contact form back on August 21 and received a follow up email the next day, from Jacob, requesting additional information. I responded that same day and answered all the questions. Within about an hour I received a response informing me that the service professional that could provide a bid based on the plans was out until after Labor Day. 9/9/2022 After not hearing back, I sent a follow up email on September 9 and received an immediate response that Steve was back in town and he would "remind him to look at the plans when he has some time." 9/19/2022 After not receiving any follow up or the quote I requested, I sent an email asking for an update. I, again immediately, received the following email "I just spoke to Steve about your project. He is still working on it but should have it ready by close of business tomorrow." 9/27/2022 After not receiving a quote or follow up, I sent another email on September 27 making sure that Jacob was aware that I did not receive the quote and requested an update. 10/16/2022 It has been nearly a month and I have not received a reply. Two months since I requested the quote.

They did a great job. They were very professional throughout. They showed up when they said they would, communicated throughout and did a great job.

M & M Roofing came out to check out my roof to figure out why my roof was still leaking after I paid the first company to repair the leak! Quickly found the issues, told me what time and day they would be back to knock out the work. They were on time and cleaned up after the work was done. They also noticed a few other things that were out of scope, still took the time to fix the areas they were concerned about. Got a followup call and text from the CEO just to confirm his team met my expectation and to share his contact info should I need it. Just for context, this was NO WHERE close to a big job, they were on my three story roof and back in the van in less than 45 minutes - if that. Wonderful company, breath of fresh air and I keep referring them to others. Thank you Chris, thank you Doug! Honest, knowledge, experienced, professional and fair group of folk.

Very well as you cannot even tell where our old kitchen hood vent or hot water heater vent was on our roof and the shingles replaced matched perfectly. We have had no leaks despite multiple rain storms and are very pleased with the work that was prompt and excellent.

After sending in the signed contract and receiving an acknowledgement, everything went quiet for three weeks (not even an idea of when work would start). I contacted them via web site asking what was going on only to get a (presumably auto-generated) email thanking me for using M&M and to kindly leave some feedback. I hate to leave bad feedback because the first time I used them went extremely well, but this time it's been like pulling teeth just to get replies - even for just a *rough* idea of when the work would start. There is just some major disconnect between the estimate and the actual work, and unfortunately, I'm tied into a contract for at least another week, so I can't look for someone else to do the work until then.

I called M&M Roofing, Siding and Windows first about a new roof because I had used them previously in 2017 and 2008 for roofing related projects with good results. M&M Roofing’s initial evaluation was that my roof was still functional, had some maintenance issues, but close to the end of its service life. M&M provided quotes for both maintenance and full replacement. After, comparing M&M’s advice and replacement proposal with the advice and replacement proposals of three other highly rated companies, I selected M&M to do the job. I was not disappointed. The M&M representative’s advice throughout the process was consistently accurate and his communication was superb. M&M’s roofing crew was competent, quick, and thorough. Overall, I was very pleased with M&M’s performance, for a third time. I can recommend M&M Roofing, Siding, and Windows without hesitation.

We arranged for siding replacement, painting, and windows. Siding and paint happened quickly but we waited months for windows. We were happy with the job done and told them to give us a bid on more work. Months later, M&M have never bothered to come back.

M&M are my "go to" roofing company. They re-roofed the house after Ike ripped part of the roof off and did a fabulous job fixing it. No issues since. As for the garage, they dropped the supplies off a couple of days prior, then we got held up by the weather. As soon as that was over the guys came in. Three hours later.....done. Fabulous job. Clean up was great. Haven't come across one "left behind" nail. Mike Moncure and the crew, very professional, and a pleasure to work with.

Very well, as expected, accurate and competitive cost to similarly capable companies. Flexible and adaptable to change requests. People were cordial and a couple of post-project corrections were handled rapidly. Very solid results.

M&M has been our go to roofing and siding company for years. Most recently we needed an investigation of the cause of stains on an interior ceiling. They found the issue and repaired it very quickly and reasonable. A while back we decided to have the original soffits and porch ceilings replaced. They were in bad shape and it turns out that the builders of this house used Masonite, which did not hold up well. M&M gave us a reasonable bid to replace everything with Hardiplank so we will never have to worry about deterioration. We also had them paint the house and they did their usual excellent job.

My wife and I were in the process of selling our house. The buyer’s inspector found a small section of shingles that had buckled. We were afraid that this would affect the closing date for the sale of our house. I call Michael D. McCollom with M & M Roofing at 8:15 AM and he was here at 11:00 AM to inspect. Mike sent over a “near-by” crew and they completed the repairs by 2:00 PM. Mike had installed the roof about six years ago. The repairs were done under their warranty. I have never seen this type of great service. I would highly recommend Mike McCollom and M & M Roofing.

It was my mother-in-law’s house. She evacuated to our house in Columbia, SC. I negotiated contract with Mike Anderson with M&M Roofers from 900 miles away. They were easy to work with and they kept us informed of the schedule we should expect. Roof was replaced within weeks of signing the contract. Recommend them highly.

M & M Roofing, siding & windows replaced the builders’ grade pressed paper with James Hardie siding. It was painted and sealed. They added 6” gutters with leaf blaster plus screens. The crew that did the Hardie siding did a beautiful job. They were meticulous in their installation and cleanup. The painters that came in behind the siding crew did a wonderful job. There were no overruns and they matched our colors exactly. The gutter crew came in after the roof was replaced and were finished in a few hours. Gutters look great and were put in professionally. All crews did a great job cleaning up. Mike recommended two other craftsmen to replace the chimney cap and tile on the front porch. Both jobs were done very professionally and were reasonably priced. Thank you, Mike, for a job well done.

3rd time to use M&M. 1st time they installed new siding. Later we replaced Ridge rows. Each time very professional a n d prompt.

They did a great job and followed up twice to be sure they had fixed everything we expected. The job was done right the first try, which can be tricky on a repair. The new roof was perfect as well.

the job went smoothly I called them they came out the next day measured the windows gave me a great price so i hired them. After the standard 2 to 3 weeks to get custom windows made they arrived at my house and installed them which was more of a job than i thought it would be since the new windows are double paned and vinyl had to do some extra fitting because the countertop butted up to them. the installer did a great job very professional fininshed in one day and left no mess. and he killed 3 wasp nests that were living in the bushes under the windows for free. will hire again for the next set of windows.

The crew on each job, very professional. Communication with Chris Abell was great. Had previous used this company 8 yrs and ago, great job then and now !!! Highly recommend......
