Kevin Nelson (owner) hired unskilled workers to do MAJOR home repairs such as home rewire, plumbing, cabinetry, etc. All of which is poorly done and had to be redone by a second contractor. The repairs, the AC installation for example, are actually dangerous! Nothing was completed and he essentially ran off with the money =; our house was only 64% completed. Damages include mold due to improper mold remediation, broken tile, electrical malfunction, duct work malfunction, cabinets half built/missing/ broken, siding not completed, doors never received, painting not done, damaged personal property, trash everywhere, and plumbing undone. Subcontractors contact me to this day asking where he is and how they can be paid. One of his workers came buy to tell me he scammed people out of HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS following Harvey. All references he has are from family and friends; I found this out too late. Please avoid at all costs.

Was a 3 week job that turned into 3 months. I'm still fixing issues on my own now. Mr. Nelson the owner basically sub contracted all the work to the lowest bidder and did not supervise. Everything was done out of order . My house stayed a mess. Nothing was ever completed I had to release him. Now I have sub contractors calling me saying they didn't get paid. So steer clear this guys a scammer.

- The owner never responded promptly to our numerous inquiries and concerns until a BBB case was opened.  
- KNCSERVICES paint crew painted our house stones / wall
- Crew left food with ants everywhere
- Painters left ground areas with paint everywhere
- Minor cosmetic issues is an understatement.  See the pictures and damage done to our driveway.
- The crew painted over plants that was still stuck onto the side walls of the home; did not remove it
- There was no "crew" it was a one man job for most of those days
- Kevin, the owner visited on site but did not speak to us because we removed his commercial sign. He did not ask permission to put on our yard ever.  There is a policy for home owners not putting ANY commercial signs in yards. 
- He always discussed his 50K+ jobs but based on this small job, he and his crew failed the basic tasks in proper communication, quality of work, timely task completions, misrepresentation of crew or service, protecting the plants and surroundings areas.
- Crew stepped on plants, laid materials on our bushes, hit painted areas several time with ladders, etc
- Crew painted on dusty areas without wipe downs; I was home through the entire process and watched.  They said it was already power washed and prepped.
- Painter's van damaged our driveway with oil stains that could not be removed
- Kevin never paid us for that.  His discount applied to bad work.
- Caulking holes or damaged areas was promised, it was never done on the suggested wood areas
- Email communications and lack of from owner to ours as home owners will be posted on wordpress to detail the bad quality of this job

UPDATE:  It has been less than a week later and the paint is already chipping away at the doors.  The Superintendent onsite said it didn't need to be primed or sanded with two coats of paints when asked.  It's starting to peel already - one week!
