"Spoke to salesperson over phone and scheduled installation. crew arrived on-time. As they started to remove old box, they informed "the said price is not the price for wireless module. your module is customized. need to speak with sales manager". Spoke to sales manager and price went up by $10 per month and included Alarm.com. I agreed to continue installation. After removing old panel, as they installed new panel, now the crew started paperwork and suddenly, Alarm.com is not included in monthly cost. that required additional per month (probably $5 or so). this was disturbing. so asked them to replace old system and don't want their service. Eventually, got better price from my previous service provider."
