our old company left us with a broken alarm! i called cultris to ask about repairs and explained my situation, and was immediately connected to the owner, who spent close to an hour discussing my concerns and options. repairs were scheduled and done on-time and very professionally. communication has been EXCELLENT. owner even contacted me back within minutes on a saturday night to answer a question. i finally feel safe again :)

We wanted to get some cameras for our apartment since we were in the back of the complex and we were worried about people breaking in while we were at work as it was pretty secluded.  Cultris got us some great cameras that we could watch from our phone throughout the day.  We also got a camera for inside to watch our kittens.  It definitely helps us to feel safe when we are away from the apartment and at night knowing we can pull up the cameras up any time and see what is going on.

We switched over to Cultris about 2 years ago, and I continue to be impressed with the high degree of professionalism and personal service they provide.  The owner himself, came out and installed our system, and walked us through all the options, and when we had new windows put in, they worked with us to reinstall the window sensors, and helped when we had an issue with our control panel.  They always show up on time, are knowledgeable and provide no-nonsense advice without the high pressure sales tactics of the big companies. They are a good value and a reliable company.

We used the company for the security monitoring of the alarm system in our rented house. As they were responsive, personable and reasonably priced at that time, we asked for their help when we bought our own property. The service was excellent, showed up on time, quality advice about what we need and don't need, helped up make our own choices without pushing a solution. Personal touches by the office and by the owner, professional installer who clearly knew what he was doing. All in all a great experience

I have been a Cultris Security customer since 2010. Jason came out personally to review the wiring that was already established in my house and offered great suggestions of a wireless system with motion sensors. His team was out within days and completed the
installation. The system is very easy to use and even when I set it off accidentally, the monitoring service called right away to make sure all was ok. I could not be more pleased with the level of expertise and personal service that I?ve received. I would recommend Cultris Security to anyone looking for peace of mind in their home security.
More recently, Cultris Security came out to look at a sensor that was showing as off. The guys were on-time and very responsive! Would absolutely use them again.
