"Pest control technician quoted total price of $695.00 while it was surprising to me that he didn't include the taxes. Very nasty customer service by James "the owner". He seemed very demanding and somewhat bullying on telephone trying to receive payment of services conducted. What ever happen to businesses sending out an invoice/bill and requiring customer's to pay within a net 30? It is offensive that we live in such a hustle and bustle "got to have it now" lifestyle. I am not sure if I will ever recommend Colburns. James------ learn how to talk to your customers without being so darn rude."
