Contacted Bug reaper's Tony for pest service contract. After doing 1st treatment and a follow ups , no body showed up for the entire year. So many calls, texts reminders but no response. After chasing for several months , i got a text " who are you?". No response again afterwards.

Called and scheduled an appointment. Tony was very responsive and explained his services. Showed up on time and I have really had no need for a return visit. Very honest person to work with and would definitely hire him again. He didn't miss a thing.

I saw the Bug Reaper on a Groupon or one of those sights - I meant to buy it and forgot. A few weeks later I called them directly to get pricing. He was super nice, originally quoted me $125 but then said he would honor the discounted price of $75. We made arrangements and we were set (for a Friday or weekend). Then he called to see if he could change the date and time - his proposed date and time didn't work for my schedule as I work. I told him I was flexible - he said he would figure a few things out and call me back - - - he never did and lost my business. I was more than willing to work with him as he seemed super nice but no return call = no business from me. Went with another company and was very pleased.

excellant, they came out an dperformed the extermination as planned and agreed to ., not fuss no hassle. he took the extra mile to explain the process and the chemicals and how they work, this is the second time we have used the bug reaper and will use him a gain if the need arises

First visit went great. He wasn't sure whether I had squirrels or roof rats, so he set out traps for both. He couldn't get on my roof that day to inspect for entry locations because of the weather, but promised to come back in a couple of days. He never came back. We had to call to see when he was going to do it, and he set up a date and time. No show. Had to call again. Finally someone showed up, nearly 4 weeks after the first visit, found the entry point and repaired it. But, he failed to check to see if there was an animal trapped (there was) inside. Fortunately, the animal was able to find an alternate way out and didn't die in the attic. Wouldn't use them again.

It was not bats; it turned out to be birds. They removed the birds and fixed the cap on the chimney. They did a wonderful job!
