On initial contact, they promised to send the technician with the traps, which they indicated would be for free, along with a regular service spray call. The person showed up, but was not aware that he has to lay the traps. He mentioned he did not have any. So he noted and promised that he will come back monday with the traps. Monday came and went, no one showed up.
We called, they mentioned that the technicians have no authority to provide a schedule. so they scheduled another appointment for Tuesday afternoon. Tuesday came and went, no show, no notifications.
We called all Wed without any response.
Finally thursday we call, a lady picks up the phone and tells us that the guy was stuck in traffic and should have called. On indicating that we never received a phone call and re-scheduling, she became rude and simply told us that they are terminating our services abruptly!! Since the quarter is not over, we told them that we will not pay the last quarter invoice (since the service is terminated), she threatened to put our invoice into collection.
So they are rude, take your money, not provide the service, and threaten customers with collection.
Would not recommend them at all.. stay away!!
"We do apologize for any miss communication there may have been. Your account balance was over 90 days old and your service was placed on hold until the balance is paid. The service program we use automatically places an account on hold when it is 90 days old. The balance owed was from the previous quarterly treatment that was not paid. Again there is bad communication on the trapping of the rodents. Our company does not use mechanical traps for rodents in residential homes. We only use rodenticides when treating a residential home. We have been treating your home for almost 5 years and we value you as a client. We take pride in building long term relationships with our clients and we will do everything we can to satisfy our clients. If given the chance we can easily fix these problems."

"I am sorry that you were not contacted that the technician was having a problem with their tire and was running late. Our appointment times are schedule between a certain time such as 9-10 am to allow for the technician to allow for such problems as traffic or in this case car trouble. I see that you used us back in 2010 so you must have been happy with the work we had done for you before. Again, I apologize that you were not contacted about the technician's car troubles and that he would be late for his appointment that morning."
The tech came out and sprayed, and actually found where they were coming from. We saw a lot of ants (although they were all dead) within the first week or so after treatment. The tech had told us that that was to be expected.
I have not seen one dead or alive in a couple of weeks and that makes me happy!

"I see that we did a general treatment in Nov. 2010 and returned in Dec. 2010 for a retreat. I show no record of any type of treatment under the home. I am sorry that no one returned your call. If a customer leaves a message while we are on the other line, we try to return the call as soon as we can. We take great pride in our customer service because if our customers are happy then they will refer us to others. What concerns me is that this has been brought to my attention over a year after the service was done. Please make sure that you don't have us confused with another company since this has been so long ago. Thanks."
It's a small family run company. They come out quarterly. They are very friendly and personable. They come out when they say they would and do their job. We like them. We found them to be reasonably priced when we priced around. Their prices were almost $1000 less when compared to some of the other big companies. They charge us quarterly. Sometimes we do get specials. They stay in touch with us to make sure that we are available before they arrive. They also follow up. We are very pleased with their termite treatment. They never push anything or try to get us into any contracts like some providers do. They are more subtle than the rest. They have done things for us that create loyalty. They are really good.

I looked into your account and see that we did your quarterly service for 3 years and that we canceled your account because your phone number had been disconnected and we could no longer reach you. We do not have any notes on your account that you called in with any problems and in the 3 years we did your service we never had to return to you home to do a retreat. If given the opportunity we are more than willing to correct any problem that may occur. We strive to give the best customer service in the industry and I expect our technicians to be professional at all times.
