Technician made some decent recommendations and pointed out a few issues with the system. He pulled a bunch of lint out of our dryer vent so I'm looking forward to a more efficient dryer as well. Our business will travel to the customers home or location to measure, analyze and give an accurate estimate for any wanted services that we provide. We accept a retainer for services, once the contractual obligations are met, for 40 % of the job total. Once the project has ben completed to the customers satisfaction we collect the final 60% on all projects under the amount of ten thousand dollars. We do accept retainer for projects over ten thousand dollars however it is a smaller percentage and we make withdrawals for line items remaining as they are completed.
