Molly Maid of Bell & Coryell County

The cleaning crew arrived in a very timely manner and began working the areas shown immediately. They were very courteous and professional.

They showed up for the first cleaning and it will be the last time I do business with Molly Maid of Bell & Coryell County. They were only at my house for an hour and a half and did a very poor job. I was not pleased and would not recommend them to anyone. Overpriced and under performs. Best way to describe their service.

They did a reasonably good job. I always thought they did not do near as good a job as we did ourselves but we used them due to our age. The biggest problem from my viewpoint was the personnel turnover. We never knew who was coming in the house and had to go over cleaning instructions every time. They did an ok job but I wanted professionals doing a professional job every time.

Cleaning ladirs did not speak english well and were having difficulties writing reciept and making change house was clean though

I did not think they did all that great. The best parts are the ease of scheduling and they arrived when they said they were going to. The worst part was the actual service provided.

The cleaning staff were friendly and called ahead to see if they could come early. They are great with our dogs. the staff of 2 women worked well together to expedite the cleaning services. I agreed for the cleaning service for every 2 weeks, but the service offered different schedule and they are very flexible with their schedule times.

They're a good service and I've always used them.  They're very efficient, they're quick, and they do good work.

My ladies arrive, I greet them, all tools and materials are brought in. My additional instructions are given and I leave them alone. I trust my team and know the house will be cleaned to my expectations.

I love them. They are fabulous. I have them on contract. I have used them for almost an year. They come every two weeks. Two workers. Very. It is usually an hour and an half, to two hours. I would highly recommend them.

Very professional -bring all supplies. work diligently without taking a break or without chat chatting.

Upon entering the residence and exchanging, greetings, ladies (2 each) Rad a synchronized order in performing the tasks listed above for the restrooms, bedrooms, living room, kitchen and walkers areas. ? completions of tasks indies got my attention, expressed completion, provided this survey; we all expressed good byes then they deposited.

They came exactly when the call said (w/i 30 min), 2 ladies got to work right away & did fantastic! I was worked about the amount of dust in our house, but the dust was gone! The bathrooms look amazing as well . Did this to prepare for a new baby but considering montruly cenice.

Arrived-2 women-1:20 started with tour of house-then they worked together starting in master and cleaned quietly and quickly. Were done in 3 hrs. Nice hedges. Didn't try to "Engage" too much. Polite and complimentary.
