Juan and his men did a great job. He was very accommodating with me in helping with design and stone selection. Very patient and easy going. His crew showed up on time every day and worked hard. Very polite crew of guys. anyways they extended a 40ft patio addition. This included a 4inch slab with rebarb, bench seating, and a fireplace. I have had nothing but compliments on the work. So far, very strong and sturdy. All of this took them about 41/2 days. He was pretty true to his word on time estimates. After the job was done they cleaned up and no mess was left.  I would definitely consider JMG Construction for next project. I have before, during, and after pics on the job but can't see where to add them to this review.

Juan poured a 16' x 20' concrete slab and built a beautiful 16? x 20? pergola with the 8? x 8? beams I requested. They used the stain on the pergola that I purchased and completed the entire project in 3 1/2 days. Our next project for him is to add an Austin stone island and put stone around our patio posts. When he poured the concrete he already prepared for the extra weight of the island so we are good to go. Juan is very professional and does things the right way.

I first contacted Juan during the rainy season, and we waited until the ground was dry to do the work.  Because of the rains, we had to reschedule several times.  At one point I came down with pneumonia and we had to delay the work once again.  Juan was always professional and encouraging during these rescheduling times.
The day came to begin the work and Juan was very involved with each portion of the work...ground clearing, framing, pouring of the concrete and the finish work.  His team was very efficient and when the work was done, I was very happy with the results.
I would and will recommend JMG Construction.

JMG Construction is a smaller family business owned and operated by Juan Gomez. Since its a smaller company your able to speak with the owner directly and he will come to you home to go over exactly what you need. Juan will provide his own professional guidance to help you with you decision making and to make sure your getting exactly what you want.
When I purchased my new house it had a very small driveway and needed a larger concrete patio. The back yard sloped down toward a creek and had a ton of brush and rocks. Juan added a large extension to my driveway and added a 18x16 patio. He brought in about 20 dump truck loads of dirt and leveled my back yard. He even added metal posts for me so I could put up a wooden privacy fence. Now my back yard is ready for a sprinkler system and SOD. It's going to look beautiful. The driveway and patio already look beautiful. 
I have used JMG construction in the past and so hasn't my girlfriend and mother in-law. JMG put a patio in my last house and a patio at my girlfriends house. My mother in-law had them put a sidewalk in several years ago and the sidewalk is still like brand new. Both patio's are solid and I haven't had any issues with them. 
JMG does more than just concrete, and landscaping work. I'm also going to use JMG to add a roof over my patio and to replace my fireplace inside my house. The current fireplace is cheap and ugly. They are going to tear the current one out and replace it with much larger one. 
Your not going to find a more professional trustworthy company than JMG Construction. Juan does outstanding work at a very reasonable price. Your not going to find anyone that can match his prices, believe me I tried. Juan responds to your location fast to give you an estimate and completes the work in a timely manner. He takes time to go over what you want and answer any questions you have along the way. He's flexible so if for some reason your like me and want to change something at the last minute. 
I plan on using JMG Construction for all of my future work, and I have a lot of projects planned. I usually don't write reviews or provide recommendations for people but this company exceeded my expectations so much I had to let ya'll know how awesome they are. Use JMG Construction and you will be very satisfied.

I had a difficult time finding someone to commit to doing the work I needed done. Finally, I joined Angie's list and searched for a contractor and found JMG. They called me back right away and came out within the week to see what we needed done. I needed more parking and had the perfect place to add more driveway and they were willing and able to do it for a very fair price. I needed it done before September and they got it finished in time. I would definitely call them again!

Juan and his group of guys are absolutely amazing!! We had many people come out to give us estimates and he was by far the best person to work with. His pricing for everything he did was also the best!! He extended the patio by 660 sq ft and added rattlesnake flagstone, built a cedar pergola 12x18 and an 18ft fireplace with sand stone. We gave him an idea of what we wanted and he ran with it adding a piece of his touch making it original and turned out 100% better than what we wanted! The professionalism from him and his crew are excellent. I highly recommend him!!!!!

Juan showed up the same day I called to provide an estimate and timeline. The next day the permits were pulled and the crew got to work. The site was prepped and ready for inspection the next day. If there had not been a rain delay the entire project would have taken about 48 hours. The crew was friendly, hard working and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone!

Juan and his crew showed up on time and promptly got to work. They removed a section of the privacy fence so that the Bobcat could remove the debris. They drilled holes into the existing patio slab so that rebar would tie the new to the old. Concrete screen was then placed in the bottom of the forms and supported.
Concrete was then delivered to the job site. Using the powered wheelbarrrow, the concrete was moved to the patio area. Juan's crew did an excellent job matching the slope of the existing patio to the new additions as well as the final finish.
Clean up was completed and the fence section was re-installed. After they had departed the area, the only way I knew that they were here was by the new concrete work. No ruts in the garden beds or lawn. Wife is very happy.
Highly recommended. I will use his services again in the future as I have a shed project I would like to have done next year.

At the time I contracted with Juan Gomez at JGG Construction in Killeen, Texas it had only one Angie’s list review. It was a very good review but still just one review at that time. Nonetheless,, based on that single review I took a chance and contracted with JMG Construction. I had a fairly good sized home project that I needed to get done and being a disabled senior citizen it was not a project I could undertake myself. This project included a cement foundation for a steel building and a short drive way to the building. Additionally, I contracted for them to unload and assemble the steal building itself and secure it to the concrete foundation. This was not an easy task and it was rather time consuming even for these great professionals.
Let me tell you, it was a very wise choice that I made to hire JMG Construction. I couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and quality of workmanship that I received from them. The price was also very competitive.
It was such a pleasure to work with old-fashioned pros for whom honor, pride in workmanship, trustworthiness and reliability still matter to them. JMG construction is all about pleasing their customers - all the time. I really like and appreciated that.
I can’t imagine why anyone would pass up on this business nor can I imagine any other local business offering better service, quality of workmanship at a more fair and competitive price than I received from JMG construction. They really do give you great value for your money.

Upon our agreement to remove the pool, he rounded up his resources and was able to start the work on the same day! We needed some dirt fill and he arranged for that through his numerous contacts. Juan wanted everything to look its best. He takes pride in his work and it shows. He skillfully maneuvered the bobcat, tearing up the top section of the old pool and hot tub and surrounding concrete, putting it in the bottom of the pool (after cutting a drain hole in it) and filling up the pool with dirt and then burying it with trucked in dirt. The result is a beautiful back yard. No more broken down pool and caved-in cement pool surround. All the work was completed by the next day. Throughout our interaction with him, he was very respectful of our questions and concerns. I highly recommend him.
