"A big thank you to John and Jared of US Windows for saving the day on our window project! We were taken advantage of by a previous window company, Texas Pride Windows and Doors / Brian Young, who stole our deposit and ghosted us. Jared and John reached out to us after seeing our story on the Channel 2 news in Houston. They helped us replace 27 windows and 3 doors with very high quality Pella and Thermatru products. They contracted an AWESOME install team lead by Reginaldo and about 12 other installers. ALL were very friendly and professional and stayed until the job was done. They draped the entire work area and cleaned up EVERYTHING. Excellent attention to detail. I would recommend John, Jared and US Windows for any window replacement job! Thanks Guys!!"

"Tis is a follow-up review of work completed in late 2020. Windows doors and siding. Since installation, there have been absolutely NO issues with any portion of the installation. Everything looks just a good at the day it was installed. Amazing. Very truly yours, Eddie Edwards 14118 Verde Mar Ln Houston TX 77095"

"It was a good experience and really updated the look and energy efficiency of the house. Our sales person was Mickey Flynn, Mickey did not hard sell us he just showed us the products and told us about how they were designed and what benefits we could expect from them. I would definitely recommend Mickey and Window World to anyone needing replacement windows or doors."

"All 3 craftsmen were courteous, polite, highly competent, and did an excellent job replacing 3 exterior doors on my house. I would recommend this company to others."

"A wonderful experience all around! We had 15 windows and a sliding glass door replaced. Our Salesperson, Harlan, was very professional and explained the benefits of the new windows and all about Power as a company. The installers arrived on time and completed the entire job in a day! Everything was installed perfectly and the crew was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Erin came to visit the next day to make sure everything was up to their standards and addressed any questions we had. Most certainly the best experience we've ever had with a home contractor. Highly Recommend!"

"Our project was to replace 8 window bug screens with frames & 1 patio door bug screen with frame. Ramiro contacted me within an hour & visited the same day to view the project. Price was reasonable & whilst we had concerns about the color of the mesh screen, he promptly brought samples for us to view. The job was completed ahead of schedule & we are totally satisfied & would reccomend him without hesitation. Did I mention that he’s personable & professional? A winning combination, so if you’re looking for a company that aims for customer satisfaction, call JR Solar Screens. It’s a family company & talk to Ramiro, I’m glad that I did."

"Called to schedule a repair and was told a price based on measurements and that the job would be done same day as when the technician came. Technician came out next day and the price almost doubled and it took two more days for the window to be repaired. We are satisfied with the window but wish the person on the phone would of had more accurate information."

"Well. Took a bit longer because the first set of new windows did not fit due to window frame being out of square. Had to remake and installed a week later."
