I got a few companies to bid the project to fix the foundation issue. Risen Foundation Solutions is my final pickup for the following consideration: 1. They are professional, provide formal evaluation and cost estimate 2. Explain and show confidence that they are able to get the problem fixed by guarantee the level difference within 1”, life time warranty to fix the issue at no any additional cost to the owner. NO ANY OTHER companies made that promise in writing to me 3. The service is excellent throughout the project, and follow up measurement. The project was completed in early December 2020. They did measurement after 3 months in March 2021, as of today September 8, 2021, the level still keeps the same – difference within 1”. They will come to measure again in one year, three years or anytime I ask for. Given the fact that the foundation is still sitting level for 9 months, I believe my review is solid. They knew what they were doing - they stayed with the job until it was done - they didn't go to another job while working on mine. They even took their shoes off when they came into the house to keep from messing up the floor. Best of all they did a great job on my house. It looks great, and they were careful not to do any damage to the structure when they leveled it. And also they cleaned up all the trash when they left.
