He answered all my question over the phone and also when he came to the house to determine the size and where to place them. Joe, Sammy and Gabriel did an excellent job on the installation of the 18kbtu mini split in my dining room and the 12kbtu in my master bedroom. They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
