"Showed up and spent about 90 minutes looking at the TV (which was already mounted to the wall) and talking to my husband. Said he needed a part and he had to go to Bulverde, Tx for the Home Depot (about 45 minutes away) because getting the part from the hardware store in town might be a liability. He never came back. He called a few hours later and said he had to go to San Antonio, Tx for the part. The company then tried to bill me over $600. When I protested they dropped the bill to just under $400. I have called and left messages but they will not call me back but I am getting multiple emails and text messages asking me to pay them."

I have done over 300 antenna installs so I provide the antenna based on the knowledge gained from those previous installs. Don't buy the cheap antennas from Amazon and wonder why channels are fuzzy. I only use high quality name brand antennas.
