Both phone contact for quote and in home installment went very well. Tracy and John were very professional and knowledgeable about service of security camera install for our home. They were able to address all my questions and concerns and very patiently explained how the system would be set up and how to maneuver through the app. I am convinced that I made the right decision to use Tra La Bai for our camera install. Fantastic job guys!! I appreciate the great communication and quality work.
