West Texas Exteriors is a home remodeling company specializing in window and door installation, metal roofing and seamless siding. I'll be perfectly candid with you—some of my competitors here in West Texas are extremely pushy and use high-pressure sales tactics. The funny thing is, some of these companies' former customers get sick and tired of being sold to—so they come to me because I'm the OPPOSITE of a pushy salesman. I want to have an honest conversation with you about your needs for replacement windows, door replacement, a new roof, roof repair or new siding near Amarillo, Lubbock, Midland-Odessa rather than force you into buying something.\n\nWe have the most talked about customer service in West Texas for a reason. Simply put, you're not just a customer—you're a member of the West Texas Exterior's family. You get the same treatment we reserve for our dear old mom and pop. Call us today!

"It was excellent. They took the spring down and installed the windows. They put back the siding back on the windows and caulk around the windows. They clean up the yard. I certainly use them again and recommend them to someone else."

"Skyler was very professional and did a great job cleaning my windows and made sure I was satisfied"

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Install was easy. Up front cost was pretty low with Angie's List coupon. Monthly price is a little high compared to competing companies. Response time with alarms is excellent. I was advised to use glass break alarms within 10 ft of my first floor windows, which we installed correctly. I asked prior to installation if having one in the kitchen would cause false alarms due to dishes clanging, etc. I was told the glass break alarms are configured to a precise frequency that alarms with breaking glass. So, not a "no", but not really an answer. Well, every time we cook dinner, wash dishes or empty the dish washer, the kitchen glass break alarm gives a warning which would sound the alarm if it was set. This has caused us a number of false alarms while we've been away due to shifting bowls or plates in our drying rack. For the first several we've had to pay our police department $120 to check the house, and I was only notified after the first alarm that there was a cheaper option for a security company to drive by to check for a break in."

"We had all the windows replaced in our home and we are very pleased with the entire process. The installation was taken care of in one day and no mess left behind. The windows look great and are a huge improvement. I highly recommend Wallaby. They are easy to work with and operate in a professional manner."

"Excellent. When I called Linda she was very helpful describing what she could do for me, and addressed all my questions and concerns. She quoted me a fair price for initial cleaning, along with a lower price for regular on-going service. We agreed on a day and time on that first phone call. Linda arrived on time and introduced her daughter Angela who would be working with her. We walked through the house together to point out specific areas of concern to me. Then the two of them jumped right in and got to work. They worked hard and were very thorough, moving things to get behind or under furniture, dusting high up above doors and cleaning off items on my counters. They finished ahead of their estimated 3 hours and packed up promptly. The whole place looks and feels great. No grit on my bare feet walking on the floors, sparkling clean window panels at my doorways, scrubbed and shining bathroom and kitchen. Count me a very happy customer. Thanks Linda and Angela."
