Truman was very through in his explanation of what he saw when he came to inspect my roof and did not try to up-sale me anything more than what he thought was necessary. I asked for before and after repair pics of the roof and he kindly provided a very nice report. He was also present during the repairs. I would def recommend you give him a chance if you are looking for a roof inspection or maintenance work.

Truman Roofing did a great job

I used Truman Roofing & Construction to replace my roof and shed roof. I could not have made a better choice! Truman helped guide me through my insurance claim, and made the process easy to understand. I was able to upgrade a few items such as the shingles (Class 4-Impact Resistant), installed an Attic Breeze Vent for ventilation, and he replaced both of my skylights at a reasonable cost. As a bonus he installed gutters & downspouts that matched my fascia color around the entire perimeter of my house. I strongly recommend Truman Roofing & Construction for your roof replacement project and would definitely use him again!

My wife and I had moved into our home 5 years ago. The roof was a 20 year roof and the house was about 15 years old. We had Truman come make a free assessment of the roof and he let us know we were in need of a new roof. We knew it was time because before knowing Truman we had some patch up work done to our roof and it was time. We had a reliable friend tell us about Truman Underwood and how dependable and trustworthy Truman was. Truman walked with us through the whole process. He helped us pick the right tiles and the right color to match with the Neighborhood and our house bricks. He did a walk through with the insurance adjuster and helped with all the paperwork that can get crazy. He made sure to let us know what we needed and didnâ  t cut any corners. He got a team of professionals that he knows personally to make sure our window screens were replaced, got a crew together that came in a week after we spoke and they were done with our roof by noon. Amazing. Truman follows through. ATTENTION â ¦ ATTENTION!!!! Now here is the amazing thing. We not only had one roof Truman did but we had two roofs done â ¦ NOW I KNOW WHAT YOU ARE SAYING â ¦ 2 ROOFS IN 6 MONTHS APART â ¦ that just sounds shady to me â ¦ OH NO! Here is the deal why my wife and I had our second roof done â ¦ Ole Mother Nature gave us a 15 minute Hail Storm. The yard was filled with golf ball to tennis ball sized hail. It looked like it had snowed in the yard. After that happened my wife and I were like we just had our roof redone 6 months ago. We were down and out about it. Two days later Truman called us â ¦ he called us first â ¦ to check in and see also if we had that bad hail storm up in Keller. We told him we had and he said would you like me to come out and survey the damage for free. We said yes please. Within 1-2 days he was here and let us know that our roof was very damaged due to the very bad hail storm. We were at a loss and didnâ  t know what to do. Well Truman said now donâ  t get down and out. Letâ  s set this up with your insurance again and I will help you get the best deal I can and fight for you in your corner. This is what Truman did for us worked with the insurance walk through and paperwork, got us a good deal on a roof plan for 30 year roof, we got several new window screens and window shutters, helped us upgrade to full storm gutters, got some siding redone by our garage and got us a new garage door and helped us upgrade to a better door with a affordable price and had our chimney repaired and repainted and replaced the chimney top. All this was done in a fair amount of time and done pretty fast because our whole neighborhood as well as other communities were very affected by this storm. Truman Underwood was there for me and my wife. He checked in several times a week to let us know what was next in the process. Truman always was in a good mood and professional to work with. He walked with us through 2 roofs in 6 months. He almost became like family. And he kinda was cause he helped keep a safe and secure ROOF over our heads â ¦ TWICE. Found this company after searching for a roofer for over a week and glad I did. Had gotten multiple other bids and just wasn't satisfied with single line quotes I was getting from other contractors. This was for a rental property, and I don't live in the area, so I wanted to feel confident in what I was paying for. The owner went onsite to inspect the roof and gave me a very accurate sketch with itemized estimate. I was able to confirm all the the roof vents and other components were included. The work was done on schedule. I drove up on the day of completion to find the work was completed, and everything looked great. I was concerned about the cleanup, but there was zero mess left behind. Very impressed with this company and would definitely use in the future.

My initial settlement from insurance company was not adequate due to adjuster's miscalculations. Thurman , the owner, informed me that he would take care of it. A new adjuster was assigned and Truman was able to show the true damage of our claim. He indeed took care of it. My husband and I are very satisfied with the work of Truman Roofing and Construction. Would definitely use again.
