The paint was matched to the old trim color and paint was dropped off for my husband to paint. Downstairs bathroom window leaked badly and damaged the wall but they finally came and replaced the sheetrock that was damaged. Also last month, in February 2023, we finally received the replacement window that was damaged upon arrival. They kept reassuring us that they weren?t going to use those installers again so if you decide to use this company good luck!"

Luckily Jim charges by the job and not by the hour because he worked a LONG time to make it all work.  He kept in touch with me and addressed each issue as it arose until the job was done.  He was professional and courteous and hung in there until I was satisfied he had addressed everything. Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. I had emailed them a question pertaining installing on double hung windows and never received a reply, but other than that their phone support prior to that was good."
