"Contract for 16 windows costing $17,771 was drawn up in February 2022 and it took over a year to get all the windows installed. In July 2022, 16 windows were installed by contractors hired by Statewide that had a young guy with no pride in the job. The window trim that was removed could not be replaced so they had to get new trim that didn?t match the old trim. The paint was matched to the old trim color and paint was dropped off for my husband to paint. Downstairs bathroom window leaked badly and damaged the wall but they finally came and replaced the sheetrock that was damaged. Also last month, in February 2023, we finally received the replacement window that was damaged upon arrival. They kept reassuring us that they weren?t going to use those installers again so if you decide to use this company good luck!"

There continued to be problems within the systems of the computer. Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. I had emailed them a question pertaining installing on double hung windows and never received a reply, but other than that their phone support prior to that was good."
