Horrible company and owners, wont stand behind work, charged up front and I paid like a idiot. After 6 months the vinyl planks starting coming up. When I tried to get them to fix it the owner tried to FIGHT me in his store. This has got to be the worst company in history. The fact that they are still in business is a wonder. But I guess they can sucker other people in like they did me. He actually told me to take him to court if I want anything done about it. I cant say enough what a horrible company this is.

In March of 2017 we hired Bottom Dollar Carpet to repair 8 or 9 sheets of plywood and install 913 square feet of vinyl planks and 816 square feet of carpet. We agreed to the price and paid up front. It was just under $8000. They first started replacing plywood. The house had a sheet of 1/2” under and 3/8” on the top. They replaced it with just one 3/4” piece instead. I was told they could make it up with float, no big deal. Then I find out I had to buy 10 more bags at $75 a bag. We didn’t want to but did because we had already paid up front. So they put down the float and vinyl planks and the carpet. The planks now have a bulge in them and the owner says it is from moisture under the house and he wasn’t going to do anything because it was our fault. The planks haven’t even lasted 6 months. All I wanted was a few planks replaced but he wasn’t going to do it. I even have extra planks, all he had to do is send someone to change them out. I am writing this now because in March I just wanted to be done with them. He asked us not to write and negative reviews and we agreed. But after the way we have been treated after we paid close to $9000 with this company, I can’t keep quiet anymore. I would never use these people again. Please do some homework and don’t be scammed by them as I was. When I told the owner that I wanted it fixed or my money back he told me to hire a lawyer and take him to court.

Overcharged, arrived late--brought child to work, shoddy workmanship and incomplete job. Promised to re-do the work but have not yet made it good. I included photos in the appropriate place below, but I don't see them.

One week job turned in to two week job as one of the installers went on vacation right after they started the job. Much of the tile did not set properly. Called them to reset the tile. That was a mistake as they created and left a huge mess.

Good price, good material.
Had issue with the granite guy making a mistake. The crew went above and beyond to fix the issue and price was adjusted

They did a good job, were very fast, and I was very pleased. They were a little expensive but they were worth it.

If I asked for advice on the decorating issue, the staff at Bottom Dollar Carpet was always helpful with their opinion. Their professionalism was outstanding. The owner, Mike Morgan is a very fair and conscientious person to do business with. I stayed in contact with him almost daily; keeping me informed Lon what was being done that day. He strives to make sure the customer is happy with the work completed. Yes, there were a few bumps a long the way, but were quickly corrected. My husband and I lived in our camper in the driveway during the remodeling, and sometimes the workers did not show up when I would have liked them to, but all in all , the job finished on time as promised by Mike. We would definitely recommend BDC, and will do business with them again in the future .

Bottom Dollar was quick to come to my house and do an estimate.  Even got the owner to come by. Start date was delayed but owner very professionally called me and explained that he was behind schedule and would have to move the start date.  I liked the up-front honesty!

Painting and ceiling work was good.  Went the extra mile to clean a very dirty ceiling vent.

But the "plumbers" that were sent to remove the old  sink and cap off the water lines and also to re-install the toilet, did not know what they were doing.  At one point (after my water had been off all day) I asked if it was OK to turn the house water back on. "Oh yes" they assured me, "go ahead and turn on the water to the house".  Immediately a spout of water came out of the disconnected sink lines and water went all over the bathroom and started pooling on the floor.  They had NOT turned the water valves off (and later discovered that the valves were frozen OPEN).  Why didn't they communicate this? Why weren't they concerned that the pooled water was going under the wall and (potentially) into the next room?.  Good thing I was there with a towel.

To their credit they straightened it all out and I got my bathroom complete.

I gave them a "C" for professionalism only because of the plumbers.

I found that it worked best if I came to their store every time I needed to communicate with them.  Since I worked near the store, it worked out fine.

They cleaned our carpet. They came when they say they would and they did a good job.
